Providing a welcoming smile and a friendly attitude, our East Jefferson General Hospital Volunteer of the Month for April is Woman and Newborn’s Alyssa Segretto.

With nearly a year of service provided, Segretto has made it a point during her 120 hours of volunteer work to learn about how she can impact the quality initiatives of Woman and Newborn. She understands the importance as it relates to answering patients questions and communicates those concerns to the nursing staff.

Always willing to go above the call of duty, Segretto can be seen wiping down spaces as well as cleaning and organizing on her floor and is always supporting EJGH in all that she does.
