“I trained a 400-pound female client, a mother of two, who was very depressed and had given up hope. After careful assessments I designed a workout that I believed would best suit her. I was able to rapidly bring her along due to her eagerness with the changes in her body. She had exceeded all of her short-term goals when we changed gears to achieve our one-year goal—lose 100+ pounds and participate in the Crescent City Classic—she did both!”
