She received her B.B.A in Accounting from the University of Texas and holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University.

Becker’s Hospital Review is a bimonthly publication offering up-to-date business and legal news and analysis relating to hospitals and health systems. The magazine is geared toward high-level hospital leaders, and provides valuable content that includes hospital and health system news, best practices and legal guidance specifically for decision makers. Becker’s Hospital Review is a national magazine that reaches more than 15,000 people, primarily acute-care hospital CEOs and CFOs.
To compile this list, the Becker’s Hospital Review notes that their “editorial team utilized several sources, including nominations, prior Becker’s Hospital Review lists and input from industry experts. The financial pressures on hospitals and health systems today are at almost unprecedented levels, as healthcare reform, Medicare and Medicaid cuts, health IT initiatives and revenue cycle streamlining consume a hospital CFO’s agenda of items to manage. The 110 CFOs included on their list are leaders within the hospital industry who excel at balancing all financial matters within the complex age of hospital budget crunching and reimbursement shrinkage.”
