This class is designed for people who are new to yoga or who want a gentle and therapeutic form of yoga. These gentle movements are designed to increase circulation, release tension in muscles and relieve structural imbalances in the spine and joints.Yoga class is available on Saturdays at NOMA. Class is from 8:00am to 9:00am. The Instructor is Sara of EJGH Wellness Center. The fee is 5.00 dollars per class but is free to Wellness Center members and NOMA members.
