Tai Chi/Chi Kung at the Park

Class is on Mondays at 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Chi Kung (study of energy) is the basis of all Tai Chi practice. Primary goals of Chi Kung postures and movements are to: *Heighten awareness of the energy in the body. Learn how to generate, cultivate and move the energy where needed. *Develop physical stamina. *Promote Relaxation, Harmony and Balance The goals are achieved through stretching exercises, Standing postures, repetitive movements and abdominal breath technique. The fee is 5.00 dollars per class but is free to Wellness Center members and NOMA members.
